Vroeger Was Alles Beter (VWAB) brought thousands of hardstyle fans together on the 3rd and 4th of January 2026 in the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch. This hardstyle classics event attracted thousands of enthusiasts who come together for a nostalgic experience featuring legendary artists. VWAB is the place where the golden era of hardstyle truly comes back to life.
A legendary event naturally calls for a legendary lighting spectacle, which is why the lighting designer from MAOSS Design & Operating specifically chose the DTS V-Snap CS for their show.
The new V-Snap CS fixtures belong to a unique category of moving-beam projectors. Core Speed (CS), as the name suggests, stands for speed: it is the fastest beam light on the market. The V-Snap CS goes beyond conventional limits, delivering ultra-fast, spectacular lighting effects, beautifully captured in the photos by @Max Lapien.

Lighting designer Koen van Elderen of MAOSS Design & Operating specifically selected the V-Snap CS after an impressive demonstration at the DTS factory. The speed of the fixture created a unique effect that was used to its full potential during VWAB. No fewer than 18 V-Snaps eluminated the stage.
Hoevenaars Licht & Geluid were also very enthusiastic about the fixture. Their mission is to deliver every event to perfection, down to the smallest detail, always striving for the highest possible standard. VWAB required a unique show to generate excitement. The V-Snap CS played a key role in generating it.
